"SAMURAI Kujo Negi" is characterized by its exceptionally long and thick leaves. It is suited for both home cooking and commercial use.
While possessing a good balance of sweetness and bitterness, its sweetness is enhanced when cooked in oil. It can be enjoyed as a condiment as well as in stir-fries, salads, and many other dishes.
